Dubai Municipality has made it mandatory for all labor accommodations to appoint certified Health & Safety Officers (HSO) under the latest Public Health Law and OEHS Guidelines. Nominated staff must complete HSO training and certification through an EIAC-accredited awarding body, and certificates must be available during inspections. Non-compliance may lead to penalties or license suspension. The certification is awarded by TSI Quality Services (EIAC-accredited), with training and coordination provided by Cresco Safe.
